I can't recall having read this since college, which was a *long* time ago. If I have, it was not recently. And I couldn't have told you what the substance of it is, though I vaguely remembered that I liked it. But yet once I started reading it seemed very familiar. Secret ministry of a sort, I guess.
It occurs to me now, too late even to try, that if I could respectably have worked some joke about Frost performing his secret ministry into one or the other of those essays this week, I would have.

Ha, yes! I always think Frost should have written a poem called, "Coleridge at Midnight."
Alas for missed opportunities. As a former president might say: Sad!
